CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
All our orders are printed to order and therefore considered a custom order, if you send us a cancellation request before your order is printed, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. We cannot cancel orders that have been produced.
REFUND POLICY
All our orders are printed to order and considered a custom printed order to your specification, consequently you may not cancel the order once it has been printed and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the Chronicslaps.com Please refer to our terms & conditions.
